About Andrés
Andrés joined Vocus as Chief Executive Officer in July 2025. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Zayo Group, the largest independent builder and operator of fiber networks in North America and Europe, owned by private equity firms DigitalBridge and EQT.
Andrés has over 20 years of experience in senior executive roles in telecom and technology. He led billion-dollar business units and large employee teams at Verizon Communications, including as CEO of Verizon Connect, a global fleet and mobile resource management Software-as-a-Service company. Andrés also held positions as President and Senior Vice President Public Sector, President Southwest Region, President New York Region, and Vice President Customer Service.
Andrés currently serves on the Board of Directors of Genuine Cable Group, an Audax Group portfolio company, and on the Board of Trustees of Chapman University in California. He earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College. He served as an intelligence officer in the United States Navy Reserve.
